How we recycle

Yorkshire Windows has the BS-EN-ISO-14001:2004 standard - issued by BSI which states that companies run their businesses in line with good environmental standards - and which covers its recycling, energy efficiency and manufacturing processes.

The company is an approved recycler of all waste materials generated by the manufacture and installation of windows and doors.

It is the only window company in the country which operates a certified waste transfer station for the break down and recycling of removed windows and doors.
