The E.P.C provides an Energy Index for your home and also identifies Energy Saving Measures for your consideration.

If you have moved house within the last 12 months you will know that the E.P.C is now an essential part of the Home Improvement Pack (H.I.P)

It has been estimated that up to 25% of all energy is lost through the windows in a home. By installing new Energy Efficient Windows such as our ‘A’ rated windows the Energy Efficiency can be improved by up to a quarter and make immediate savings on your energy bills.
